You already know what to do.

You've been the one everyone calls. The founder. The advisor. The steady hand. You've built the business, weathered the cycles, and made decisions other people hesitated to even name.

And lately — maybe for months, maybe longer — there's something quieter underneath the competence. A signal. Not a problem to solve. Not a strategy question. Just a low hum that says something is ready to shift, and you're the one who has to let it.

You can't out-think it. You can't out-perform it. The only way through it is to listen.

Bring one situation where you're stuck. Leave knowing exactly why — and what to do next.

What's a Wise Table?

It's not a mastermind. It's not a workshop.

It's a listening circle — a small, confidential group of founders, 90 minutes, one practice most of us never learned.

No slides. No hot seats. No one fixing anyone. Just a carefully held space where you bring the signal you've been hearing, and you let it speak. The room does the rest.

This Is For You If…

  • You've built something real — a business, a reputation, a life — and you've started hearing "what's next?" before you've finished what's now.
  • The deal, the offer, the next move is on the table — and the part that won't sign isn't the business part.
  • You're a leader who can hold space for everyone except yourself.
  • You sense an old pattern running the meeting — the one you learned decades ago — that the only way through is harder. You're ready to meet it differently.
  • You want one morning that doesn't ask you to perform — just to be in the room.

This is not for people looking for tactics, frameworks, or a pitch deck. If you want strategy, there are a thousand rooms for that. This is the other room.

What Happens in the 90 Minutes

0–10 minArrival. Settle in. Tina opens the space.
10–35 minThe Listening Practice. A guided exercise to drop under the noise and find the signal.
35–70 minThe Table. Each founder brings one thing they're hearing. The room reflects it back. No advice unless asked.
70–85 minCut · Reframe · Respond. A short, practical take-away you can use the same day.
85–90 minClose. What stays in the room, stays.
Total screen time: 90 minutes. Total homework: none. Total performance required: zero.

What You Leave With

You come in unaware of what's underneath your inability to move forward. You leave with a clear statement of why — and what your next step is.

Not a master plan. Not a strategy document. A diagnosis: the real thing that's been running the meeting, named out loud, for the first time.

The promise: do the work, stay in the room, and you'll leave knowing exactly why you've been stuck — and the clear next step toward resolution.

Who's at the Table

Small on purpose, and by invitation only.

You'll be alongside people who have built, sold, led, lost, restarted — and are now sitting in the same place you are: the signal is real, and you're finally ready to listen.

What you hear here, stays here. What you say here, you own.

About Tina

Tina Greenbaum
TEDx Speaker · Founder, Wise Grounded

Tina Greenbaum has spent 45 years sitting with leaders in transition — from the boardroom to the room where the old story finally breaks open. Her TEDx talk, Befriend Your Inner Enemy, has reached founders, parents, and partners who were tired of fighting themselves and ready to listen instead.

Her work lives at the intersection of the nervous system, the old story, and the next move. She's known for one thing above all: the room she holds.

FAQ

Will I be put on the spot?

No. There are no hot seats, no required sharing, no one calling on you. You participate at whatever depth fits.

Can I come anonymously?

You can turn your camera off and use a first name. Many people do for part or all of it.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a facilitated listening practice — group-held, practical, with a clear take-away. Tina is a clinical social worker by training, but this is not a clinical session.

What if I don't have a "signal" yet?

You don't have to name anything to come. Most people who arrive without a question leave with one. The room tends to find it.

Will it be recorded?

No. The confidentiality is part of what makes it work.

How do I get invited?

The Quiet Signal isn't publicly booked. You're here because someone — an advisor, a colleague, a connection — thought you should be. Request an invitation below, and Tina will follow up personally.

What if I want to keep going after?

The Quiet Signal is the front porch. There's nothing to buy at the end of it. If you want to keep working, you'll know how to reach Tina when you're ready.

"If you keep listening after this — what would you want to be true in your life a year from now?"

There's no right answer. It's only for you. Tina reads every response personally — and you'll never be added to anything you didn't ask for.
